Amending O. Reg. 126/10
(ADJUDICATIVE TRIBUNALS AND CLUSTERS)
1. (1) Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 126/10 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
4.0.1 Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
(2) Paragraph 5 of section 2 of the Regulation is revoked.
2. (1) Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
21.1 Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
(2) Paragraph 26 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 45 of Schedule 1 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
