Amending O. Reg. 79/10
(GENERAL)
1. Paragraph 5 of subsection 107 (1) of Ontario Regulation 79/10 is amended by striking out “reportable disease” and substituting “disease of public health significance”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 14 (4) of Schedule 3 to the Strengthening Quality and Accountability for Patients Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
