Amending O. Reg. 304/13
(VOTER IDENTIFICATION)
1. Ontario Regulation 304/13 is amended by striking out “subparagraph 1 ii of subsection 52 (1)” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “paragraph 1 of subsection 52 (1)”.
2. Paragraph 1 of section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “November, 2013” and substituting “April, 2018” and by striking out “and Housing” at the end.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of April 3, 2018 and the day it is filed.
