Amending Reg. 76 of R.R.O. 1990
(FEES)
1. Clause 2 (d) of Regulation 76 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
(d) a children’s aid society under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 where the appointment or renewal of appointment is made upon the request of the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
