Amending O. Reg. 114/15

(LOCAL BOARDS)

1. Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 114/15 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. A society as defined in subsection 2 (1) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
