Amending Reg. 909 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. Clause 47.7 (6) (f) of Regulation 909 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Child and Family Services Act” at the end and substituting “Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.
2. Clause 10.4 (7) (f) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(f) a payment received by a foster parent as compensation in respect of the provision of foster care within the meaning of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017; or
3. Clause 11.4 (7) (f) of Schedule 1.1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(f) a payment received by a foster parent as compensation in respect of the provision of foster care within the meaning of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017; or
4. Clause 9.4 (7) (f) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(f) a payment received by a foster parent as compensation in respect of the provision of foster care within the meaning of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017; or
5. Clause 8.4 (7) (f) of Schedule 3 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(f) a payment received by a foster parent as compensation in respect of the provision of foster care within the meaning of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017; or
Commencement
6. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
