1. (1) Schedule 2 to Ontario Regulation 230/08 is amended by adding the following item:

(2) Item 40 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked.

(3) Item 47 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Item 21 of Schedule 3 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Taxolasma parvum” in Column 4 and substituting “Toxolasma parvum”.

(3) Item 22 of Schedule 3 to the Regulation is revoked.

(4) Item 25 of Schedule 3 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Trimerotropis huronia” in Column 4 and substituting “Trimerotropis huroniana”.

(5) Items 27 and 30 of Schedule 3 to the Regulation are revoked.

(6) Item 31 of Schedule 3 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “(Northwestern Ontario population)” in Column 3 and substituting “(Saskatchewan - Nelson River populations)”.
