Amending Reg. 628 of R.R.O. 1990

(VEHICLE PERMITS)

1. Schedule 4 to Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

ANNUAL VALIDATION FEES FOR ADDITIONAL CLASSES OF VEHICLES

6.	For a motor assisted bicycle	12
7.	For a Dealer permit or a Service permit for a motor vehicle or trailer	175
8.	For a Dealer and Service permit for a motorcycle or motor assisted bicycle	98
9.	For a Manufacturer permit for a motor vehicle	175
10.	For a Manufacturer permit for a motorcycle	98
11.	For a commercial motor vehicle or a combination of a commercial motor vehicle and trailer or trailers, other than a bus, with a gross weight of not more than 3,000 kilograms	120
12.	For a commercial motor vehicle or a combination of a commercial motor vehicle and trailer or trailers, other than a bus, with a gross weight of not more than 3,000 kilograms, if the vehicle is used primarily for personal transportation	120
13.	For a commercial motor vehicle or a combination of a commercial motor vehicle and trailer or trailers, other than a bus, with a gross weight of not more than 3,000 kilograms, if the permit holder is a resident of Northern Ontario who uses the vehicle primarily for personal transportation	60

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
