Amending Reg. 460 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Item 1 of the Schedule to Regulation 460 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

(2) Item 2 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Minister Responsible for Accessibility” in Column 2 and substituting “Minister for Seniors and Accessibility”.

(3) Item 11 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Executive Chair, Safety, Licensing Appeals and Standards Tribunals Ontario” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive Chair, Tribunals Ontario”.

(4) Item 12 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Executive Chair, Environment and Land Tribunals Ontario” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive Chair, Tribunals Ontario”.

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (11) comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 35 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (16) comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 17 to the Plan for Care and Opportunity Act (Budget Measures), 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
