Amending O. Reg. 73/94

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraphs 2 to 15 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 73/94 are revoked and the following substituted:

1. Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

2. Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.

3. Ministry of Education.

4. Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines.

5. Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks.

6. Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.

5. Paragraphs 1 to 9 of section 5 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

6. Section 8.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 22 or 23” and substituting “section 23”.

7. Paragraph 8.1 of subsection 9 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.

8. Section 11.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 22 or 23” and substituting “section 23”.

9. Section 13 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Environment and Climate Change” and substituting “Environment, Conservation and Parks”.

10. (1) Subsection 17 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

(2) Subsection 17 (5) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Environmental Commissioner”.

Commencement

11. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 6 of Schedule 15 to the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
