Amending O. Reg. 192/08
(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES)
1. Sections 2 and 3 of Ontario Regulation 192/08 are amended by striking out “The Superintendent” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “The Chief Executive Officer”.
2. Subsection 5 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Superintendent’s order” and substituting “the Chief Executive Officer’s order”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 17 to the Plan for Care and Opportunity Act (Budget Measures), 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
