Amending O. Reg. 165/19

(ADDITIONAL OBJECT)

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 165/19 is revoked and the following substituted:

Additional object

1. It is an object of the Authority to carry out any functions with respect to offering statements under the Co-operative Corporations Act in relation to the powers and duties of the Chief Executive Officer, with respect to offering statements, that are referred to in that Act or delegated or designated under section 1.1 or 1.2 of that Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 3 of Schedule 8 to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
