Amending Reg. 965 of R.R.O. 1990

(HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT)

1. Section 9 of Regulation 965 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following subsection:

(2) Despite subsection (1), the Minister may direct that the annual meeting be held at another time, and the board shall comply with the direction of the Minister.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
