Amending O. Reg. 166/11
(GENERAL)
1. Section 27 of Ontario Regulation 166/11 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(5.1) The licensee of a retirement home shall ensure that an infectious disease outbreak is reported to the Authority on the same day it is reported to the local medical officer of health or designate under clause (5) (a).
2. Subsection 64.4 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$2,000” at the end and substituting “$3,500”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
