Amending O. Reg. 506/18
(REPORTING OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND WATER USE)
1. Clause 9 (2) (c) of Ontario Regulation 506/18 is revoked and the following substituted:
(c) 2023 (information for the 2022 calendar year), if the gross floor area for the prescribed property is at least 50,000 square feet but less than 100,000 square feet.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
