Amending Reg. 569 of R.R.O. 1990
(REPORTS)
1. (1) Paragraph 11 of section 5 of Regulation 569 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out the portion before subparagraph i and substituting the following:
11. Diseases caused by a novel coronavirus, including Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and coronavirus disease (COVID-19):

(2) Paragraph 11 of section 5 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subparagraphs:
xx. Race.
xxi. Income level.
xxii. Household size.
xxiii. Language.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
