Amending O. Reg. 263/20
(ORDER UNDER SUBSECTION 7.0.2 (4) OF THE ACT - STAGE 2 CLOSURES)
1. Ontario Regulation 263/20 is amended by striking out “this Order applies within the health units listed in section 2 of Schedule 1” in the portion before Schedule 1 and substituting “this Order applies as described in section 2 of Schedule 1”.
2. Section 2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(5) Beginning at 12:01 a.m. on July 7, 2020, this Order applies within every area of Ontario.
