Amending O. Reg. 300/19, which amends O. Reg. 232/18

(INCLUSIONARY ZONING)

1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 300/19 is amended by striking out “section 9 of Schedule 12 to the More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019” and substituting “section 1 of Schedule 17 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
