Amending Reg. 863 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Section 4 of Regulation 863 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

4. A highway listed in Schedule A to Ontario Regulation 316/03 (Operation of Off-Road Vehicles on Highways) made under the Highway Traffic Act is designated as an area within which subsection 2 (2) of the Off-Road Vehicles Act does not apply.

2. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2021 and the date it is filed.
