Amending O. Reg. 91/02
(GENERAL)
1. Section 5 of Ontario Regulation 91/02 is revoked and the following substituted:
Reviewing authority
5. For the purposes of subsections 19 (4) and (5) of the Act, the reviewing authority is the counsel in the Crown Law Office — Civil of the Ministry of the Attorney General who is designated for this purpose by the director of that Office.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of March 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
