Amending Reg. 460 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) The Schedule to Regulation 460 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Minister of Labour” wherever it appears in Column 2 and substituting in each case “Minister of Labour, Training and Skills Development.

(2) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport” wherever it appears in Column 2 and substituting in each case “Minister of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries”.

(3) Item 10 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry” in Column 2 and substituting “Chair”.

(4) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

Big Game Management Advisory Committee

Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry

 

(5) Items 15, 34, 43, 72.1 and 78 of the Schedule to the Regulation are each amended by striking out “Executive Chair, Tribunals Ontario” in Column 2 and substituting “Executive Chair, Ontario Land Tribunals”.

(6) Items 18 and 21 of the Schedule to the Regulation are revoked.

(7) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

(8) Items 42, 51, 54.1, 71, 79, 91 and 106 of the Schedule to the Regulation are revoked.

(9) Item 111 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade” in Column 2 and substituting “Minister of Labour, Training and Skills Development”.

(10) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by adding the following item:

(11) Item 117 of the Schedule to the Regulation is revoked.

(12) Item 118 of the Schedule to the Regulation is revoked.

(13) Item 150 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs” in Column 2 and substituting “Minister of Francophone Affairs”.

(14) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by adding the following items:

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (12) comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 3 to the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
