Amending O. Reg. 610/06

(FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES)

1. Subsection 5 (2) of Ontario Regulation 610/06 is amended by striking out “Local Planning Appeal Tribunal” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
