Amending O. Reg. 287/07

(GENERAL)

1. Subparagraph 1 iii of section 54 of Ontario Regulation 287/07 is amended by striking out “Environmental Review Tribunal” and substituting “Ontario Land Tribunal”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
