Amending O. Reg. 211/19

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Paragraphs 6, 9, 17, 18, 19 and 28 of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 211/19 are revoked.

(2) Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

22.1  Ontario Land Tribunal.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
