Amending O. Reg. 79/10
(GENERAL)
1. Section 247.5 of Ontario Regulation 79/10 is amended by adding the following subsection:
Exception, 2021
(2.2) The adjustment under subsection (2) that would otherwise take effect on July 1, 2021 shall instead take effect on January 1, 2022, but shall be calculated with reference to the calendar years that would otherwise apply.
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) If this Regulation is filed after June 30, 2021, it is deemed to have come into force on that day.
