Amending O. Reg. 442/95
(GENERAL)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 442/95 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
3.0.1 The Co-operative Corporations Act.

11.3 The Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010.
2. (1) Subsections 4 (1), (3) and (4) of the Regulation are amended by striking out “under section 8 of the Act” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “under section 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 of the Act”.
(2) Subsection 4 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) If a business that has not been assigned a business identifier under section 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3 of the Act attempts to make a registration or file a form to file referred to in clause (1) (a), the business identification Minister shall assign a business identifier to the business in accordance with the system of business identifiers established under section 8 of the Act.
3. Paragraph 2 of section 7 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “The name, phone number and mailing address” at the beginning and substituting “The name, phone number, mailing address and email address”.

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
