Amending Reg. 871 of R.R.O. 1990

(COMPOSITION AND PROCEDURE OF THE BOARD)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 871 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked.

2. Section 4 of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 4 to the Main Street Recovery Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
