Amending O. Reg. 398/93
(DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 398/93 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
16.1 Bendale Acres in respect of long-term care services offered by the Pavillon Omer Deslauriers carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Long-Term Care.

178.0.0.1 Renfrew Victoria Hospital in respect of the following regional programs offered at the Pembroke satellite site carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health:
i. Hemodialysis and Nephrology.
ii. Addictions Services.

210.3 Victorian Order of Nurses for Canada - Ontario Branch in respect of the following programs offered at the Kingston site carried out on behalf of the Ministry of Health:
i. Assisted Living Services.
ii. Meals Delivery.
iii. Homemaking.
iv. Congregate Dining.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
