Amending O. Reg. 34/10

(STATUTORY ACCIDENT BENEFITS SCHEDULE - EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2010)

1. (1) Subsection 64 (2) of Ontario Regulation 34/10 is amended by adding the following clause:

(c.1)  by prepaid courier if there is a record by the person who has delivered it that the document has been sent;

(2) Subsection 64 (20) of the Regulation is amended by adding “(c.1)” after “(c)”. 

(3) Subsection 64 (28) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “by ordinary mail or fax”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 33 to the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
