Amending O. Reg. 82/20

(RULES FOR AREAS IN SHUTDOWN ZONE AND AT STEP 1)

1. Clauses 8 (3) (a) and (b) of Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 82/20 are revoked and the following substituted:

(a)  the sale of liquor for removal from licensed premises in accordance with section 40 of Ontario Regulation 746/21 (Licensing) made under the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019; and

(b)  the sale of liquor for delivery in accordance with section 41 of Ontario Regulation 746/21.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 22 (Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019) to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
