Amending Reg. 365 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 3 of section 15 of Regulation 365 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

3.  Corporations that hold a manufacturer’s licence to sell under the Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 13 to the Supporting Recovery and Competitiveness Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
