Amending O. Reg. 329/04
(GENERAL)
1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 13 (1) of Ontario Regulation 329/04 is amended by striking out “Cardiac Care Network of Ontario” at the beginning and substituting “Ontario Health”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
