Amending Reg. 627 of R.R.O. 1990

(USE OF CONTROLLED-ACCESS HIGHWAYS BY PEDESTRIANS)

1. Paragraph 26.1 of Schedule 1 to Regulation 627 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

26.1 That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 69 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 2,550 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Pickerel River Road in the Municipality of Killarney in the Township of Mowat and a point situate 1,585 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Estaire Road in the Territorial District of Sudbury in the City of Greater Sudbury.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 15, 2021 and the day it is filed.
