Amending O. Reg. 508/18
(DESIGNATIONS UNDER PART II.3 OF THE ACT)
1. (1) Section 6 of Ontario Regulation 508/18 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
1.1 The Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021.
(2) Paragraph 14 of section 6 of the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 15 of Schedule 3 to the Making Ontario Open for Business Act, 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
