Amending O. Reg. 590/06

(LICENSING POWERS)

1. Clause 1 (1) (a) of Ontario Regulation 590/06 is amended by striking out “Liquor Licence Act” and substituting “Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 2 (1) of Schedule 22 (Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019) to the Plan to Build Ontario Together Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
