Amending O. Reg. 599/06
(MUNICIPAL SERVICES CORPORATIONS)
1. (1) Paragraph 5 of subsection 11 (1) of Ontario Regulation 599/06 is revoked and the following substituted:
5. Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 in respect of long-term care homes under Part IX of that Act.
(2) Subsection 11 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 other than a long-term care home under Part VIII of that Act” and substituting “the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 other than a long-term care home under Part IX of that Act”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 204 of Schedule 1 (Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021) to the Providing More Care, Protecting Seniors, and Building More Beds Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
