Amending Reg. 975 of R.R.O. 1990

(WORK PERMITS)

1. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of Regulation 975 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “prescribed” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “applicable”.

(2) Subclause 2 (1) (b) (iv) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “of Natural Resources”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later July 1, 2022 and the day this Regulation is filed.
