PERSONAL SUPPORT WORKERS AND DIRECT SUPPORT WORKERS

Program

1. The permanent compensation enhancement program set out in the document entitled “Personal Support Workers and Direct Support Workers Permanent Compensation Enhancement Program”, available on a website of the Government of Ontario, as that document may be amended from time to time, is prescribed.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
