Amending O. Reg. 422/17

(GENERAL)

1. Subparagraph 1 iii of section 7 of Ontario Regulation 422/17 is revoked.

2. Subparagraph 5 ii of section 10 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

ii.  that is listed in the National Occupational Classification under Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities (TEER) Category 0, 1, 2 or 3,

3. The following provisions of the Regulation are amended by striking out “Broad Occupational Category 0 Legislative and senior management occupations or under Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities (TEER) Category 1, 2 or 3” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities (TEER) Category 0, 1, 2 or 3”:

1.  Paragraph 6 of subsection 4 (1).

2.  Subparagraph 4 ii of section 10.

3.  Subparagraphs 3 ii and 4 ii of section 11.

4. The following provisions of the Regulation are amended by striking out “at the level” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “at or above the level”:

1.  Paragraph 5 of section 7.

2.  Paragraph 4 of section 8.

3.  Paragraph 6 of section 10.

4.  Subparagraphs 5 i and ii of section 11.

5.  Paragraph 5 of section 12.

6.  Paragraph 5 of subsection 13 (3).

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
