Amending O. Reg. 244/97

(GENERAL)

1. Clause 7.8 (3) (b) of Ontario Regulation 244/97 is revoked and the following substituted:

(b)  in an area situated in the jurisdiction of a conservation authority in which development activities and other activities are prohibited under section 28 of the Conservation Authorities Act unless written approval has been obtained from the conservation authority with respect to such activities;

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 25 of Schedule 4 to the Building Better Communities and Conserving Watersheds Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
