Amending O. Reg. 205/18

(MUNICIPAL RESIDENTIAL DRINKING WATER SYSTEMS IN SOURCE PROTECTION AREAS)

1. Clause 5 (b) of Ontario Regulation 205/18 is amended by adding “or project” after “undertaking”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 3 (2) of Schedule 6 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
