Amending O. Reg. 332/12

(BUILDING CODE)

1. (1) Subclause 1.4.1.3 (1) (a) (vi) of Division A of Ontario Regulation 332/12 is revoked and following substituted:

(vi) section 17.2 of the Environmental Assessment Act with respect to the approval of the Minister or the Ontario Land Tribunal to proceed with a project,

(2) Subclause 1.4.1.3 (1) (b) (iv) of Division A of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 5 (4)” at the beginning and substituting “subsection 17.2 (5)”.

2. Clause 1.3.1.5 (1) (b) of Division C of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(b) section 17.2 of the Environmental Assessment Act with respect to the approval of the Minister or the Ontario Land Tribunal to proceed with a project,

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 29 of Schedule 6 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
