Amending O. Reg. 7/07

(STUDENT TRUSTEES)

1. The French version of clause 5 (1) (b) of Ontario Regulation 7/07 is amended by striking out “en difficulté inscrit à un programme d’enseignement à l’enfance en difficulté” and substituting “ayant des besoins particuliers en éducation spécialisée inscrit à un programme d’éducation spécialisée”.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 2 to the Better Schools and Student Outcomes Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
