Amending O. Reg. 631/20

(APPLICATIONS FOR LICENCES)

1. Subparagraph 2 i of subsection 5 (1) of Ontario Regulation 631/20 is amended by striking out “Ontario Regulation 332/12 (Building Code) made under the Building Code Act, 1992” and substituting “the building code, as defined in the Building Code Act, 1992”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2025 and the day this Regulation is filed.
