(DESIGNATION OF GEOGRAPHIC AREAS, DELIVERY AGENTS AND DELIVERY PARTNERS)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 136/98 is revoked and the following substituted:
1. (1) The territories, as constituted from time to time, of the municipalities and district social services administration boards set out in Column 1 of Schedule 1 are designated as geographic areas, and the Ministry is designated as the delivery agent for each of those geographic areas.
(2) For each geographic area set out in Column 1 of Schedule 1, the entity set out opposite in Column 2 is designated as the delivery partner.
2. Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
