Amending O. Reg. 201/96

(GENERAL)

1. The definition of “annual net income” in subsection 4 (9) of Ontario Regulation 201/96 is amended by striking out “both” at the end of the portion before clause (a), by striking out “and” at the end of clause (a), by adding “and” at the end of clause (b) and by adding the following clause:

(c) the amount of income from the Canada Disability Benefit program of the Government of Canada;

2. The definition of “annual net income” in subsection 20.2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “both” at the end of the portion before clause (a), by striking out “and” at the end of clause (a), by adding “and” at the end of clause (b) and by adding the following clause:

(c) the amount of income from the Canada Disability Benefit program of the Government of Canada;

3. This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2025 or, if this Regulation is filed after that day, this Regulation is deemed to have come into force on that day.
