Amending O. Reg. 329/04

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 6.1 of subsection 13 (1) of Ontario Regulation 329/04 are revoked.

(2) Subsection 13 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

9.  Ontario Health in respect of its registry of chronic diseases.

Commencement

2. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of October 31, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
