(DESIGNATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF PROVINCIAL PARKS)
1. (1) The item for Alfred Bog Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class) in Table 1 to Ontario Regulation 316/07 is revoked and the following substituted:
Alfred Bog Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class) | In the Geographic Township of Alfred, Municipal Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, and in the Geographic Township of Caledonia, Municipality of the Nation, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, containing 3,208 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships designated as Parts 1 to 9, both inclusive, on a plan known as Plan of Alfred Bog Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on March 10, 2023 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. |
(2) The item for Awenda Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class) in Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(16) The item for Voyageur Provincial Park (Recreational Class) in Table 1 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
Voyageur Provincial Park (Recreational Class) | In the Geographic Township of East Hawkesbury, Municipal Township of East Hawkesbury, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, containing 1,466 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic township designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan known as Voyageur Provincial Park (Recreational Class), filed on January 24, 2017, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources, and that area of land in the Geographic Township of East Hawkesbury, Municipal Township of East Hawkesbury, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, designated as Part 1, on a plan known as Plan of the 2024 Voyageur Provincial Park Addition (Recreational Class), filed on October 8, 2024, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources. |
2. The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “plus ou moins, composées” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “plus ou moins, les terres constituées”.
