Amending O. Reg. 315/07

(DESIGNATION OF CONSERVATION RESERVES)

1. Schedule 8 to Ontario Regulation 315/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 8
WAINFLEET BOG CONSERVATION RESERVE

The following areas, containing 322 hectares, more or less:

1.  In the City of Port Colborne and Municipal Township of Wainfleet, Regional Municipality of Niagara, the area being composed of those parts of the Geographic Townships of Humberstone and Wainfleet designated as Parts 1 to 4, both inclusive, on a plan known as Plan of Wainfleet Bog Conservation Reserve, filed in the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario on November 10, 1995 in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

2.  In the Municipal Township of Wainfleet, Regional Municipality of Niagara, the area being composed of:

i.  Part of Lot 6, Concession 4, Geographic Township of Wainfleet and part of Lot 7, Concession 4, Geographic Township of Wainfleet, as in instrument RO715143, comprising all of Property Identification Number 64023-0027 in the Land Titles Division of Niagara South (No. 59).

ii.  Part of Lot 4, Concession 4, Geographic Township of Wainfleet, as in instrument RO715142 and part of Lot 5, Concession 4, Geographic Township of Wainfleet, as in instrument RO715143, comprising all of Property Identification Number 64023-0033 in the Land Titles Division of Niagara South (No. 59).

iii.  Part of Lot 10, Concession 3, Geographic Township of Wainfleet, as in instrument RO577816, comprising all of Property Identification Number 64024-0055 in the Land Titles Division of Niagara South (No. 59).

2. Schedule 169 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

BROWN’S INLET CONSERVATION RESERVE

I n the Geographic Township of Griesinger, Territorial District of Rainy River, containing 2,940 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic township designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan known as Plan of C2350 Brown’s Inlet Conservation Reserve, filed on February 24, 2003 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources, and that area of land in the Geographic Township of Griesinger, Territorial District of Rainy River, designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan known as Plan of the Boundary of the 2024 Brown’s Inlet Conservation Reserve Addition, filed on August 14, 2024, with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

3. Schedule 175 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

EAGLE LAKE ISLANDS CONSERVATION RESERVE

Islands in Eagle Lake in front of and in the Geographic Townships of Langton, Temple and Aubrey, Municipal Township of Machin, and in the Geographic Township of Mutrie and in unsurveyed territory, Territorial District of Kenora, containing 3,403 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic townships and unsurveyed territory designated as Parts 1 to 5, both inclusive, (Part 1 comprising only all or portions of islands in Eagle Lake), on a plan known as Plan of C2340 Eagle Lake Islands Conservation Reserve, filed on February 24, 2003 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources, and that area of land in unsurveyed territory, Territorial District of Kenora, designated as Part 1, (Part 1 comprising only all or portions of islands in Eagle Lake), on a plan known as Plan of the Boundary of the 2024 Eagle Lake Islands Conservation Reserve Addition, filed on December 10, 2024 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

4. Schedule 185 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Ivanhoe River Clay Plain CONSERVATION RESERVE

In the Geographic Township of Foleyet, Territorial District of Sudbury, containing 9,960 hectares, more or less, being composed of that part of the said geographic township designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Plan of C1558 Ivanhoe River Clay Plain Conservation Reserve, filed on February 14, 2003 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources, and that area of land in the Geographic Townships of Foleyet, Oates, Shenango and Lemoine, Territorial District of Sudbury, designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Plan of the 2024 Ivanhoe River Clay Plain Conservation Reserve Addition, filed on April 15, 2025 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
