Amending Reg. 941 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Section 37 of Regulation 941 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Professional practice examination

37. (1) An applicant for a licence or limited licence must pass the professional practice examination prior to the date on which the applicant submitted the application to the Registrar.

(2) This section, as it read immediately before the day Ontario Regulation 238/25 made under the Act came into force, continues to apply to applicants who, before that day, submitted their application to the Registrar without having passed the professional practice examination.

2. Subsection 40 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
